Cake for Mummy and Daddy

For their 30th anniversary, I decided to make something a lil special for them.

30 years and still counting....

Cake for cousin's wedding

I made this cake for my cousin who was getting married last Saturday, 7 Aug 2010. Cake was made as hantaran (dowry) to be given to the bride.

Cuppies for my teammates!

Made this cupcake for my teammates for our IVP Finals. WE ARE THE CHAMPION!!!

The cupcakes were chocolate chip flavour with used royal icing for the design.

RED and WHITE were our jersey =)

My first Birthday Cake

This was my first time trying to make a birthday cake. Not very pretty but with more practise, i believed I will be able to do a more better job =D

For these cakes, I used fresh cream (whipped cream) because I don't really like buttercream. heehee....

This was our first major cupcake orders. Sesame Street! Went over to my baking-business partner's house to make those cuppies.

Fondant were used for all the Sesame St faces. =P

This was my first order from a friend of mine, Jannah. The theme was flowers.

Some cakes were covered with fondant and some with icing.

Alrights, I am freaking damn free since I am jobless for now. I decided to create a blog site so I can post up the pictures of the stuff I baked. I really enjoy baking. It makes me feel relax and more so, i love seeing people eating the stuff I baked. The joy and smile (though sometimes no smile) give me that kind of satisfaction.

What more is that I LOVE MAKING MY BROTHERS FAT!! INCREASE THE CALORIES IN THEIR BODY. heehee.....
